I help independent mortgage business capture & nurture their own leads, using content marketing principles that have been around for a while now. Certain industries (e.g. financial services) have been slow to act, but seeing as the world is now digital, if your website/presence online is not geared up to build relationships with your prospective online customers, you are really missing a trick.
With content marketing, you can engage, capture, nurture your own leads. These are the best kinds of leads, warm & high-quality. These leads aren’t generated overnight, but if you commit to serving your customer and being consistent online, the rewards will be huge.
Your customer community will grow, and you will start to develop loyal fans (brand advocates) and paying customers.
